Terms of Service

Welcome to Kegel AI. By downloading, installing, or using the Kegel AI mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms in full. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: Kegel AI is a fitness and educational tool only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The guidance provided is general in nature and may not be suitable for everyone. Pelvic floor exercises may be contraindicated in certain situations, including but not limited to pregnancy complications, recent pelvic surgery, or active pelvic pain. Consult a qualified healthcare professional or pelvic-floor physiotherapist before starting any new exercise program.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Stop exercising immediately and seek medical care if you experience pain, pressure, bleeding, worsening urinary or bowel symptoms, or any other concerning symptoms during or after use of the App. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

4. Eligibility

The App is intended for adults aged 18 and older. It is not directed to children. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and/or annual) through Apple’s App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Kegel AI). Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

6. Free Trials

The App may offer a free trial period for eligible subscriptions. If you start a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings with no charge.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
  • Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others’ rights
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App or its servers

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, content, and AI models, is owned by Kegel AI, a product of SenseApps (Hugo Bazan LLC), and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kegel AI and Hugo Bazan LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injury, discomfort, or worsening symptoms resulting from exercise. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by visiting sense-apps.co/delete-account or by using the “Delete Account” option in the app settings. Account data will be permanently removed within 30 days of confirmation.

12. Apple App Store — Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App from Apple’s App Store, the following additional terms apply:

  • Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary: These Terms are between you and SenseApps (Hugo Bazan LLC). Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to enforce them. Apple has no warranty or maintenance obligations for the App.
  • Apple EULA: Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
  • Scope of License: The license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules in Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
  • Maintenance and Support: SenseApps (Hugo Bazan LLC), not Apple, is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App.
  • Product Claims: SenseApps (Hugo Bazan LLC), not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it.
  • Third-Party Claims: In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, SenseApps (Hugo Bazan LLC), not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Data Retention & Your Privacy Rights

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the App’s services. Account and health-related data is deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request. 15. Google Play Store — Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, the following additional terms apply:

  • Google as Third-Party Beneficiary: These Terms are between you and SenseApps (Hugo Bazan LLC). Google is not a party to these Terms and has no warranty or maintenance obligations for the App.
  • Google Play Terms: Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service available at play.google.com/about/play-terms/
  • Automatic Updates: The App may automatically update through Google Play. You can manage automatic updates in your Google Play Store settings.
  • Android Permissions: The App only requests permissions necessary for its function. You can review and revoke permissions in your device settings at any time.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
