This Privacy Policy describes how Kegel AI, a product of SenseApps (Hugo Bazan LLC) (“we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).
1. Information We Collect
Health-Related Data
The App collects information you provide about your pelvic-floor symptoms, fitness goals, exercise history, and progress (including streaks and session logs). This data is treated as sensitive health information and is used solely to personalize your training plan and AI coaching responses.
Usage & Analytics
We use PostHog (posthog.com) for product analytics. PostHog collects anonymous usage data including feature usage, session duration, and navigation patterns to help us improve the App. This data is not linked to your identity.
Purchase Information
If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat (revenuecat.com) to manage subscription status. Your email address is shared with RevenueCat as a user identifier to sync your subscription across platforms. We do not store your credit card or payment details.
Local Storage
Your exercise logs, progress data, and preferences are stored locally on your device for offline access. Server-side data (account information and subscription status) is stored via Supabase and RevenueCat as described above.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To personalize your pelvic floor training plan and AI coaching
- To track your exercise progress and streaks within the App
- To power AI coach responses to your questions
- To process and manage your subscription via RevenueCat
- To improve App features through anonymous analytics (PostHog)
3. AI Processing
Your questions and relevant health context are sent to third-party AI services (powered by Google Gemini) to generate coaching responses. AI guidance is general and educational — it is not medical advice. Data is processed transiently and not retained by Google beyond the API request. EU users: Google may process data outside the EU; Google maintains Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for such transfers.
4. Sensitivity of Health Data
We recognize that pelvic-health data is sensitive. We treat it accordingly: it is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties except as described in this policy. We are committed to your privacy.
5. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services. Each processes data as described and maintains its own privacy policy:

6. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate the App, and we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
7. Data Retention
- Account & health data: Retained for the life of your account and deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
- Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized; retained per PostHog policy.
- Financial records: Retained as required by applicable law.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location (including GDPR for EU/UK users and CCPA for California residents), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Request data portability (receive your data in a structured format) — GDPR
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — CCPA (we do not sell your data)
To delete your account and all associated data, visit sense-apps.co/delete-account or use the “Delete Account” option in the app settings. We respond to all data requests within 30 days.
9. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the date above.
