What are Kegel exercises?

Kegel exercises are voluntary contractions and relaxations of the pelvic floor muscles — the group of muscles that support the bladder, bowel, and uterus (in people with a uterus). Regular practice can help improve muscle strength and coordination over time.

Who should use Kegel AI?

Kegel AI is designed for adults who want to train their pelvic floor muscles. If you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from pelvic surgery, or experiencing pelvic pain, consult a doctor or pelvic-floor physiotherapist before starting. Kegel exercises are not suitable for everyone in all situations.

Is it safe? When should I see a doctor?

Stop immediately and see a doctor or pelvic-floor physiotherapist if you experience pain, pressure, bleeding, worsening urinary or bowel symptoms, or any other concerning symptoms during or after training. The App provides general fitness guidance — it is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation.

How often should I train?

The App’s AI coach will adapt a training frequency based on your goals and feedback. General guidelines suggest consistency matters more than volume — short, regular sessions tend to produce better results than infrequent long ones. Listen to your body and rest if you feel any discomfort.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Kegel AI. You can cancel or change your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your health and exercise data is treated as sensitive. Exercise logs and preferences are stored locally on your device. Account information (email, name) and subscription status are stored securely via Supabase and RevenueCat. Your data is never sold, never used for advertising, and AI processing is transient. How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account at any time by visiting sense-apps.co/delete-account or using the “Delete Account” option in the app settings. All account data, including health-related information, will be permanently removed within 30 days of confirmation.

What are my privacy rights?

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. EU/UK users have GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA rights. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@sense-apps.co or use the account deletion page. We respond within 30 days.
